so far my understanding of your question as 5 persons including one minor had executed a power of attorney in favour of your Mrs. to sell the land in the year of 2005, it is to inform you that a minor can not execute a power of attorney in favour of some one and if it is executed, it will be against the law as per the contract act. so my advice to you that you will must take his signature in the deed making him as confirming party of the deed.
