Dear Sir,
My father wants to sell a plot (appox one ground area) in chennai. Since he is not getting any prospect buyers. He approched an agent. He agreed to sell the plot and he wantted Power of attorney and he is ready to pay the amount fully.(Approx 20Lakhs rupees)
1. If we give POA.. If that agents sells to another party at a higher price.. Will it impact my father?
2. If any issues like approvals, further legal requirements not met by the agent while selling... will it effect my father?
Is there any clauses recommended to avoid any issues legally while the agent is selling to third party.?
