My question is regarding power of attorney.
I reside in Faridabad Haryana and I have bought a property in Noida Uttar pradesh. Myself and my wife are joint owners of property. and same needs to be registered.
Now that mywife is travelling, so I
1 Can I register a Power of attorney in my name so that in her absence i can do the registration.
2. What is the time frame & cost of getting POA registered in Faridabad Haryana.
3. Incase both myself and mywife are not present, so Can we both give power of attorney to my father.
