Power of attorney

i had entered in to an registered agreement for 20 lakhs with an power agent, suddenly after 10 days the concerned principal cancelled the power of attorney .wat to do now.how can they cancel it when there is an encumbrance on the property, the concerened sub register can be punished or not.

The agreement which was executed during the subsistance of the POA is valid and binding on the POA issuer under its personal capacity. Even if the POA is cancelled latter on the transaction carried through POA during its subsistance shall remain valid and binding on the parties.
