In one case under IPC 467/468 PP Act . 12B I was pried guilty and court charge Rs. 25000 and case is over can I apply for my new passort? Can passport authority restrict me to issue a new passport or charge other panaly or any further inform mation then final order of court for discharge of case with panalty?
Any one please guide me..
