Hi Good Day!

After enrolment in Bar Council, Can a Junior Advocate represent cases on behalf of senior advocate??or is it compulsory to write the bar council exam??Do we need to wait until the Bar Council exam which would be conducted in december 2015???

You can practise with restrictions and that too being attached to some advocate. It is only after clearing the exam, you get a separate license to practise.
