Prc & increments are stopped by manaagemnt

Sir,

We are working in aided school,but our managemnt stopped our PRC & Increment from past years.is there any rights to them to stop our benefits.

(We think ,They Stopped due to not maintaining records of school,not obeying rules & regulation and fillng case on managaement etc.)
