hello,
in a suit for partition by metes and bounds (plaint vs 3defendants ..possession under 1 defendant and other defendant living separtely out of state),where a appointmnt of advocate commissioner is prayed for,
can we request for a final decree to be passed along with the preliminary or does it have to be only after advocate commissioner report is submitted..
if not,what would be the timeline like for the overall process from prelimnary decree to final decree including appeal wait time ,advocate commisser report submission and other procedures assuming no appeal is going to be filed or any opposie is going to be made .
