Hi,
The Complaint filed on receipt of the Notice back saying "repeatedly gone but not found" the notice was issued on 09.12.2011.Notice received back on 16.12.2011.comlainr filed on 23.12.2011.
Is this a premature filing ? Can suggest citation /Case law in support of this law.
