Mr. fresher the primary evidence means the document which is the original in nature and the same is produced for the inspection itself & the same has been defined under the evidence Act.
The oral evidence means the evidence of the person who had himself seen, heard and perceived the incident or the circumstances itself.
The documentary evidence is the evidence which have been reduced into writing by the parties and there contents are to be proved by the parties itself who had executed the same by confronting / putting the contents to them.
