privacy hacking

Is it OK if a husband records each and every call of his wife, hacks her Facebook, emails. My husband installed a software in my phone without my knowledge nd he did all this. Now he has around 50 files jisme he has kept all the data. He has every single conversation of mine, WhatsApp messages, other message and also objectionable pics... I mean each and everything. Now off course I m not going to stay with a psycho like him. But can I file a complaint against him for doing all this without my knowledge. We HV been married for three years and since three years he was doing all this. Now he has filed divorce petition and has put all that data which can be useful for him in the petition. Before I filed a complaint in the police station wen I got to know all this but since I had no proofs that he really did that, no action was taken. But now I have proofs which he sent himself thru divorce petition. Please help me.kisi ko bhi na mile aisa pati.

First of all he has to prove the validity of the data to the court if he files divorce and submits them as evidence.U can certainly file a case under IT ACT 2000,for hacking UR personal informatin without Ur notice.

Thank you so much Sainth jee. He has already filed for divorce and has blamed for adultery and all the possible things on earth which is not true. In the divorce papers he has put my personal pictures and also all my messages, my WhatsApp messages and there are 150 pages that he has attached so its crystal clear that he hacked everything. Can I proceed forfor this case now as I have all the proofs that he did it. Also distributed my objectiable pics to his relatives who is now calling my relatives one by one and showing them all these things. They want to pressurize us for mutual divorce by doing these cheap tricks.I am not wrong and wana take a stand on it. Please let me know the best way out. I would really appreciate.

you deny all that he has said and produced.

Sir three years data is too much...I am sure court doesn't have that much time to hear each and every thing and its clear from his acts that since beginning he did not want to have a happy married life. If I deny all that, what wud be the next step by court.
