person asking this question must be a law student or a new lawyer but a confused fellow.as layman usually does't dare to apply their mind in reading crpc and file criminal complaint on their own without the aid of lawyer.
anyway -----------you will have to file complaint under sec.200 and court will take cognizance under 190.
