My Friend's question.
We own Aprox. 170 acre land in Industrial Zone in Wada Taluka, dist: Thane. On the 7/12 extract in other rights column it is showing Private Forest land. For our financial need we want to sale a part of this land for industrial use, but probable purchasers always asking about this remark. Even revnue people also not guiding properly in this regard. We are a family of aprox. 26 people whose name are on 7/12 extract.. MY question is :
1) Can I sale part of this plot. 2) If the permission is requred to sale this part, from whom I shall contact or what is the procedure.
