What is the process of getting a SURVEY NUMBER CANCELLED in the pattdar pass book of a person.Does TAHSILDAR IS COMPETENT to cancel the SURVEY NUMBER in a pattadar passbook.Whos is the COMPETENT AUTHORITY to cancel the Survey number in the pattadar passbook.Please advice me.
