I would like to get advise from you wrt to my query. I hope friends / expert will give good advise.
My father has purchased land of 1500 sq ft in Nagpur 10yrs back. The land do not have "NA" approval. Today the area is heavily developed & would like to bulid home. The gram panchayat got the order from NIT to not approve any documenatation & whole further process should be routed through NIT. I would like take NA approval for my land and to build home ASAP. Is it possible to get "NA" approval soley for this plot from NIT & what is the process.
Is it pssible to bulid home on land without NA approval?
