Shadi ka proof or proof of marriage, marriage photographs, witnesses of marriage ceremonies and priest who performed the marriage. If none of these available than very difficult to prove the marriage in court. The living together for long period of time, declaration as husband and wife in society and official records can be taken in account by the court however if strict proof of marriage required than these evidences may not be sufficient enough, especially for criminal complaint cases relating to dowry, cruelty and bigamy etc. and even for civil cases like divorce where decree to dissolve the marriage can be passed if actual marriage exists.

Joint bank account and name of spouse in passport is proof that will not be proof of actual marriage ceremonies, if the other party denies that actual marriage with essential ceremonies performed, the court will ask you the proof of the actual marriage ceremonies which can be through photographs, vedio recording, witness of priest and independent persons/witnesses who saw the ceremonies done in their presence.
Name of spouse in passport one can add even by giving fake marriage certificate or false affidavit that by itself not proof the validity of marriage. Joint bank account can be opened by any two or more persons, need not be related to each other.
