property

hello sir/madam,

i hv a client says tgat his property buys at the name of one of his coligue and he is fighting in court for his haq...... u knw for since 1964 and now he is no more now his daughters and he won that property through court.

now when my client died at that time his coligue told to her daughters that pls dnt feell any prblm whn u all three say i m agree to give u ur fathers property now whn my client won frm court and wnt to sell out that property now the person(coligue) wants share in that.

and our clients daughters hv a signed blank paper of that coligue.

now can we do pls give us a right way. . ... . .

Mearly signing a blank paper can wave the ownership of property or allows to create anybody in the property.
