my father had2 brothers and 2 sisters,all married except younger one,we r 2 sisters un married and after death of our parents what is the procedure to claim the house we are living in.i also want to know if my bua has any ownership over the property if yes than what about the jewellery she acquired after my grandmother ,and also as we dont have parents and the our only asset is this house only is there any way we tat our bua's dont get any claim form dis peoperty.this house is on d name of my garandfather and he left no will.both the bua are well settled and married for 25 yrs.plz guide asap
