Dear Sir / madam,
My bro in law has purchased a flat in 2006-07.Got married in 2010 but that marriage went terribly wrong. In 2011 he has sold his flat to his Parents. All stamp duty and registration charges paid and given on rent to others. He has filed divorce petion in March, 2012. I wish to know whether the girl has any right in this property?

Not now. Though some law is going to passed as regards that. What exact shape it would take - only time would tell. Right now - no right
