Property

In case of cancellation of flat, if person has got his money back after certain deduction and has signed NOC that he will not claim the same amount from the builder.  Is there any way through which person can recover his deducted amount from the builder.

It depends on the agreement between builder and the person.

One of my freind purchased a plot in 2005. There is an error in writing the survey numbers on the plan sheet. Where as the main document contains no errors. What is the procedure to correct it? Does it afftect him in any way if correction is not done?

If the original sale deed contains the correct survey nos , it will not lead to problems for the owner of the property.

Thank you for  the reply. The plot was purchased from the developers. It was a new layout. The error was only in the plan sheet, i.e. in survey no.s. The documents are in the bank as he took a housing loan. He is residing in the same house built in that plot. Will he face problems in the future if goes for selling or futher construnction.

there will be no problems.
