Property attactment by court

hi, i am planning to take a project loan of around 5 CRS on interest basis...i will be giving my permanent address of the flat which belongs to my mom n she doesnot have any idea about it  ... as per my knowledge i am not giving her flat  as security, just as  my permanent address..... in case anything goes wrong n i am not able to pay back any or some amount of the loan i have taken n a recovery suit is filed against me .. will the court attach my mom's property even though it doesnot belong to me n she has no knowledge about it..kindly advice

No. No one can attach a property if there is no claim against the property owner.
