Property Booked in 2016 but given possession yet

I had booked a flat in 2016 still now I haven't got the possession

builder is saying its not under rera because someone in the builder got their property registered in 2018

the flat is still incomplete plumbing is left and some tile fitting in the bathroom is left and lift and parking area is i
completion date was in 2018 including all the delays

what legal action can be taken in the case ?

please help

You can take him to the consumer commission. File a written complaint with all the brochure, advertisements, prospectus and other supporting documents. Engage an advocate for easy disposal.

You have the option to move to jurisdictional consumer commission and / or RERA.

It is advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
