Property dispute

We are 7 siblings (4 sons and 3 Daughters), My mom purchased some plots in Hyderabad and put 2 elder sons along with her name as owners, as rest of the kids were small. Now after my mothers demise, the 2 elder sons are denying to share the property among all the 7 siblings. What should others do in this situation? Are daughters not eligible for the share in the family property? Please advice on how to proceed.

Any one of you can file suit for partition of property belongs to your late mother and claim 1/7 share in property.

All children including daughters are entitled to inherit the property. Other children should go for partition of the property where they shall be required to prove fiduciary relation under which two brothers were put as owner and should demand partition of the property in equal proportion.

Thank you Sir for your kind reply. However, wanted to know what is meant by "Fiduciary Evidence". Can you please help with some example on what we can produce as this evidence.
