Hi, " We are 2 brothers and 1 sister. Parents are alive. On father's land (there was a 30 yr old house it was demolished), myself younger son built a 4 floor building with completely my own earnings. There was not a single penny investment in the construction from any other person or resource. Younger son also took a home loan for construction and has been paying the complete EMI all by himself. 2 floors given for rent and both brothers living together with parents in remaining 2 floors which duplex single house. Elder son and his wife created voilence and beat parents and tortured younger son and his wife, so younger son and his wife left house and living in small rent house. I, younger son, want to know how I can get my invested money and share. Elder son threatening parents not to sell house or do division. We are muslims. Please help.
