i have purchased an under consutruction house from builder by loan from bank. bank has disburssed loan upto 70% of loan. in the meantime son of sellor of the land has filed a case that the property sold by his father was an ancestral property and sold without his consent. bank has stoped disbursement of loan on this property taking view of the case. please guide me what options are available with me to get my loan disburssed and take possetion of property.
