Little background:
My father pass away in 1989. and he has one 3story house in gujarat. (not a big one and no one is living there now.)
We are total 2 brother and 3 sister. Among them we have no relation with 1 sister since 1987.
I have started business (shop) in same house since 1987 and I have taken shop licesne from 1993 onwards and paying all taxes properly. Shop license is on my name.
Now suddenly sister to whom we dont have relation trying to asking for propertly indirectly. We (2 brother and 2 sister) dont have any issue in giving her property amount.
She has send lawyer notici in which she has mention lot of assest for claim which we never have in beginning and even dont have now. Also she wanted to shutdown my shop.
She is trying to collect all document from here and there.
My question is:
1. Can she directly close my shop ?
2. What action do I need to take to make sure that court should not directly give her any rights to close my shop or take over my home.
