Property disputes

Dear Experts, Request your help and advice on the following. We have ancestral properties and name on my Grand Grand father. My grand grand father has only one son and his dead means my grandfather is dead. My grand father has 3 sons and 2 are dead and 1 is live and my father is dead. Only we are staying there from last 60 years and other 2 my fathers brother stay out of india 1 party is ready to sell his portion to us and 2nd are not ready . Can you please tell what to do in thi case if I want to all property on my mother name. Can you please let me know what i can do for this?. What is the best legal option here?.

You can not force anyone to sell the share to you.

The one that is willing can sell.

Mr.A is my father and he has property and all documents where Mr.b and MR.c they don't have any property related documents. suppose we want to transfer the proprty to Mr.A name from Grand Grand father name then what will be do by Mr. B 7MR. c
