We are 2 sisters 3 brothers all are married my father had a proepety who died 3 years back while he died he left a printed will on a paper which states the whole proeprty belongs to 1st Son and the other 2 sons & 2 daughters doesnt have any right on the same property. The will paper is signed by my father my mother & 2 younger brothers as witnesses. Using that will and my mother as witness at register office i registerd the proeprty in my name (1 SOn) then i executed a sale deed to my wife name.currently its in my wife name (1yr completd) .Wanted to know whether the 2 sisters can file a case for share in the property. Are there any chances of sisters getting the share in that proeprty Even mother is died after it got registered in my wifes name. please advise.
