My Mother has some 5 acres of land. It is self earned land since my grand father registered on her name. My mother is not feeling well from past few days. I want to know how the property will be distributed if she expires. In my family there is My father, my mother and two sons. My father has two wives. My mother is second wife. If she passes away will the whole property be shared among two sons or it will go under control of my father?
