Hi,
My name is manav and we have a property in delhi and it is in name of my mother. My father is a retired govt. servant and a senior citizen we rented our house to a person (without rent agreement) through one of our relative and now teneant is not vacating our house and also filed a case for injunction in tees hazari court. First judge dismissed his case but on the day of judgement a new judge has been given this case and now the teneant placed a request for re-arguement and judge also accepted this but on the day of arguement he said his lawyer is not well and took another date for january 2011. Please help me with thsi query and let me know the steps that we can take because as a owner of the house we are staying on a rent and he is enjoying all the things for free of cost we also filed a case in senior citizen tribunal but till date we have not recieved any response from them.
Please help me with this and suggest ways to deal with this issue.
