Hi Experts:
i just want to know only one thing we have property which is belong to my dad and now hes no more but that property has given to my dad from m grand father as a settlement deed and now i have only one leder sister is there any share for my sister as its my grand father property
My question is whether my sister have any share in this property and im basically hindu this is the fake id

dear querist,
as per hindu succession act 1956 amended in year 2005 ,after the amendment daughters are eligible to get share in the ancessotral property ,if you are two daughters of your father and father had not made will of his share ,both sisters have equal right on the property including your mother.
