Property mutated without will

Modify

Hello,Respected Experts,

My grandfather had various properties in his name of which he inherited some from his father and the rest were self acquired.

He died on november 1 1999,there were three heirs, two sons and one daughter.

Daughter relinquished her share in favour of her two brothers. All of the properties were mutated in the names of two brothers except one peice of land.

This certain peice of lands mutation record shows the land belonging to only one brother where as it should have been in the name of both brothers(it recently came into our notice). My grandfather died intestate,But the property record shows that the patwari and ac 2 officer notes about certain oral will being accepted(Vaakya virasat jabani manjoor hai) and hence land mutated on only one brothers name.

Please shed some light upon this question.what would be our legal options if any?

would be really grateful to you all.

Regards

this is wrongly done. ancessostral property even can not be mutated via will. you have to file civil suit regarding this.
