I am planing to purchase a property , A (minor age 9 years) is the first purchaser of plot from one Gram Panchayat Layout and represented by his GPA holders and Guardian as her Mother and father as Wintness. After two years of purchase, A Guardian as Mother and father as Witness sold the property to B.B hold it for one year and sold the same to C. C hold the property for 13 years and now palnning to sell the property now.I am planning to purchase the property C her are few questions.
first the property is sold with out court order Can I purchase the plot now? and at present minor age if you calculate based on the dates mentioned in sales deeds, it looks around age 26 years.What I learnt that a Minor has right to appel in court after attaning Major from there three years it means 18+ 3 years i.e 21 years . now her age is 26 years. Can I go head and purchase the property or is their any risk. Please let me know .
