Property purchase

Hi Everyone,

I am planing to purchase a property , A (minor age 9 years)  is the first purchaser of plot from one Gram Panchayat Layout and represented by his GPA holders and Guardian as her  Mother and father as Wintness. After two years of purchase, A Guardian as Mother and father as Witness sold the property to B.B hold it for one year and sold the same to C. C hold the property for 13 years and now palnning to sell the property now.I am planning to purchase the propertyher are few questions.

first the property is sold with out court order Can I purchase the plot now? and at present minor age if you calculate based on the dates mentioned in  sales deeds, it looks around age 26 years. What I learnt that a Minor has right to appel in court after attaning Major from there three years it means 18+ 3 years i.e 21 years . now her age is 26 years. Can I go head and purchase the property or is their  any risk. Please let me know .

Thanks you

Salman
