I have agreed to purchase a site in bangalore for 1500000 , i have given advance 100000 Rs and taken sign in agreement , as per agreement i have to pay balance 500000 within 3 months or at the time of registration, I am ready seller has not coming forward to registration, he is telling wait for another month like that 6 months completed he not coming to registration of site , reason i dont know pls advice me in this regard

1. In such situation you need to serve a legal notice through an advocate upon him for fulfilling his part of the contract. If the reply to the notice is not forthcomming or is not satisfactory then go ahead and file a civil suit u/s 12 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 seeking part perfomance by such builder. Your suit will surive.
