A and B are registered as the owners of a property. If A dies, will his share in the property pass to B or will it pass to the legal heirs of A. In Mumbai how is the property registered in the name of two persons. It is joint ownership or co-ownership?

A's share in the property will automatically devolve upon his legal heirs in case of intestate death of A.
