My Grandfather has 3 children, My father and 2 my uncles. My grandfather also did a illegal marriage at another place and from his illegal wife he has 2 children also. Govt allotted 3 plots to my father and to my uncles. One of my uncles died issueless. Is my grandfather children from illegal marriage has any right in the property of my uncle. Kindly also suggest me some authorities of Hon’ble SC.
