I have a slightly complicated question, after the death of my grandfather his property was distributed amongst his sons and his wife ( my grandmother) , subsequently one of the sons died and after a couple of years my grandmother died leaving all her property to one of the sons in a will.
the son getting the property in the will is asking for three shares as he gets his share + my grandmother's (his mother's share) + the share of the dead brother as that also went to his mother after death. The son who died was not married. Is this the correct interpretation of the law ?
