My grandfather got a property in delhi after partition on lease for 99years. He have 1 son and four daughter. My grandfather made a will registered in court with 2 witness in the year 1992 in which he make a legal hire to my grandmother after his death and me after the death of my grandmother. My grandfather died in 2002 and grandmother in 2007. Now, what is the procedure to transfer that property in my name. My aunts are claim on that property, what can i do. Please suggest urgent.
