My Dad has inherited a property (one portion)from his Dad, which was constructed in 1940 and the property is still intact. However the construction was a white cement construction(which we call DANGU SUNNAM) and pillar less and slab less construction. I just wanted to know wht wud be the value of the portion as it is part of 4 portioned buliding . If it has to be valued only on the basis of land value as suggested by few people. IF it is on the basis on land value, there r 4 protions and not all 4 portions are of uniform area, SO IF I have to get it valued will it be on the area of the portion or will it 1/4 of the total land area as the building has no value.
