Property will

Recently while cleaning the house, I have found a WILL written by my aunt on my name in the year 1995. I have found that it is a registered WILL. My aunt died in the year 1999. She has only one daughter. He daughter transferred the property to her name in the year 2000 through Hindu succession act. She sold the property in the year 2005. It is an agricultural property. My bad luck is that nobody has informed me the WILL. Is it possible to go for probate of the WILL now? Can I claim the property?

Hello sir,

Cleaning my house in my village. I never lived there. My parents were living there. Now, they are no more. WILL was kept in the trunk box. My aunt died in the year 1999. How can we make another WILL? I just want to know whether I can claim the property by going through probate. Is there any time limit for the WILL? If it is waste of time in going for probate, I will leave. Please provide your advise.
