I am buyer of property . I have signed Sale of Agreement with Seller party and TM ( Transfer of Memo.) has executed at Authority now Seller party is not coming for final step registry so Can seller party withdraw
the deal ? I do not want to cancel this deal . Also Sale of Agreement date is going to expire so is it still Valid since TM has done ? I know TM is valid for 60 days.
What legal action I can take in this regard ? please help me.
