Dear Sirs,
Currently one house & its plot in Bangalore is registered under my name and my sisters name.
In future can I add a third party name instead of mine without my sister’s consent?
In case I want my share and my sister is not willing to sell the property what legal steps can I take?
Also is it possible to make a gift deed of my share to my wife?
Note: The sale deed mentions that we both (Sister & I) are absolute owners of the property, there is no percentage of share mentioned in the deed.
