Interim Application to Adduce Additional Evidences
Give this application before the next date. Do NOT give to judge or his reader. Give ONLY to Filing Section so that it is noted down in court's records. (So to reject judge would have to write the reasons on record)
Further, must include within assertion at least one such reason as to why this could NOT be presented earlier.
