Sir , I am taking a land from a Public Trust & the trustee has given the docs like Board resolution , Memo , Power ( Mean a member who is holding a right to sale of the property and signing authority ) .
Few questions are arising to resolve the deal as follows
Q1. Can a Public trust sell its immovable property like land. If yes then is it mandatory for the trust to a Court Order ?
Q2. Can a Public Trust Members authorize a third party / Stranger/ an agent/ broker to sell a Trust property like Land
Q3. Can a Public Trust Members authorize/nominate any one of the Trust member to sign or execute any legal matters pertaining to selling of a Land.
