Dear sir,
Recently I am going to purchase a resale flat. The flat is 6 years old. The builder not formed any society nor taken completion certificate from Pune muncipal corporation. Due to that the flat owners not receiving property tax invoice from PMC and not pay any money.
Than my question is if I will purchase this flat, will PMC charge me back dated property tax?
Please advice.
