Hi,
My fatther is having 4 acres of agricultural land (common area) in name of himself along with 3 brothers and 5 sisters in maharashtra. I.e. my father including his brothers and sisters hold this land and on 7/12 extract names of all of them is included.
I have got Agriculturist Certificate from Tehesildar for my father and wherein my name is included as a son of my father.
I would like to ask you, on basis of this certificate can I buy agricultural land in maharashtra ? or would there be any problem while putting my name in 7/12 of new purchased land after registration.
Please advice me.
