sIR CAN WE PURCHASE A LAND FROM A PERSON WHO GOT FROM HIS FATHER. LAND EXTENT AND POSSESSION ARE CLEARLY METIONED IN R.OR AND PASS BOOKS. CAN WE DO REGISTRATION WITH PASS BOOK ITSELF WITHOUT SALE DEED SINCE IT IS HEREDITY PROPERTY.
