I want to purchase a flat (20 year old). The flat owner is no more The names of his legal heirs are put on share certificate by society. unfortunately the legal heirs and society does not have copy of original aggreement with builder about the same flat. If i want to purchase on loan then the same document is required in bank. The conveyance of the society is also done. How to get the agreement done 20 years before?

Let the society execute the fresh agreement in the name of legal heirs.

You can get the registered documents from the registrar office at the concerned place of sub-registrar by applying proper channel.
