I WANT TO PURCHASE 2 SHOPS FROM THE BUILDER IN A BUILDING CONSTRUCTED IN YEAR 1998 & SOCIETY WAS FORMED IN YR 2000 .
SOCIETY HAS PUT BOARD ON ENTRY OF SOCIETY TO TAKE NOC FOR ANY TRANCECTON OF ANY FLAT/SHOP BUT WHEN I APPROCHED TO COMMITY MEMBERS FOR NOC THEY ARE TELLING THAT THEY WONT ISSUE NOC & NOT ACCEPT ME AS MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY IF I WOULD PURCHASE THESE SHOPS AS THERE IS SOME DISPUTE BETWEEN BUILDER & SOCIETY.
PLEASE ANSWER WHAT PROBLEMS WOULD I FACE IF I PURCHASE THIS SHOPS & IS THERE ANY LEGAL WAY TO TACCEL SOCIETY
