Hello sir,
I am residing in hyderabad,my native is belongs to warangal(AP).We r agriculture family ,My grand father had purchased a land from xyz person 60 years before and gave it to my father .From to till my father doing agricluture in that field ,but we did not registered legally ,Ofcourse we have been paying tax for that land .2 years before my father made passbooks for that land with all my brothers and my name(we r 4 brothers).Recently the xyz grandson came to picture and filed a criminal case against to our family,saying we did illegal passbooks.For this we went to prison for 2 days,but some how we came out .
But here I was moved out of my home long years back and i am not at all relate in anything with the land.even in passbook which my father made with my name ,my signature was not present.
In regards this I want to quash the case and want to remove my name from the case .
After i wold like to file defendant case against to the said party
